Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Photo Grid Maker handles information when you use the website and its browser-based image tools.
Image processing
Photos selected in the grid editor are processed locally by JavaScript and HTML Canvas in your web browser. They are not uploaded to our server for grid creation, editing or export. Closing or refreshing the page clears the active editing session from the page.
Accounts and personal information
The current tool does not require an account. We do not ask for your name, phone number or payment information to create and download a photo grid.
Hosting and security logs
The website is hosted using Cloudflare. Like most hosting and security providers, Cloudflare may process technical request information such as an IP address, browser type, requested URL, approximate location, timestamps and security signals. This information is used to deliver the site, detect abuse and maintain reliability.
Optional feedback and public comments
Tool pages may invite you to choose a result rating and submit a written comment. A display name is optional. The rating, comment, display name, page path and submission time are sent to a Cloudflare Worker and stored in Cloudflare D1 for review. A short-lived Turnstile token is sent to Cloudflare for anti-spam verification but is not published with the comment. Your selected photos remain local and are not included with feedback.
New comments are not published automatically. We may approve, reject or remove submissions. If approved, the display name, comment, rating and date may appear publicly on the same tool page. Do not include email addresses, account details, private image information or other sensitive material.
Analytics, cookies and advertising
We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the website through interaction measurements, heatmaps and session recordings. Clarity may use cookies and process technical and usage information according to its settings and applicable consent requirements. Read the Microsoft Privacy Statement for information about Microsoft's handling of data.
The drawing worksheet and passport sheet tools report fixed action events for export requests, generated downloads and print requests. These custom events do not include your photos, image filenames, student names, form content or other editing inputs. User image preview elements are marked for masking in Clarity. A print request does not tell us whether a sheet was physically printed.
If third-party advertising such as Google AdSense is enabled, advertising providers may use cookies or similar technologies to deliver, measure and limit ads in accordance with their own policies and applicable consent requirements. Material changes in active analytics or advertising services will be reflected on this page.
External links
Pages may link to third-party websites, including image-source credits. Their privacy practices are controlled by those third parties, not by Photo Grid Maker.
Children's privacy
The service is a general-purpose image layout tool and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect children's personal information through an account or upload system.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when site features, analytics or advertising arrangements change. The latest revision date appears at the top of the page.
