By using Photo Grid Maker, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or its tools.
Permitted use
You may use the website to arrange, preview and export photo layouts for lawful personal or commercial purposes. You may not use the service to distribute malware, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access or violate applicable law.
Your images and rights
You retain your rights in images you select and in the resulting layout to the extent allowed by the rights in the source material. You are responsible for ensuring that you own, license or otherwise have permission to use every uploaded image, logo, trademark and other element.
Browser-local processing
The current grid editor processes selected images locally in your browser. You are responsible for saving downloaded files and keeping backups. We cannot recover an unfinished layout after the page is closed or refreshed.
Service availability
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every device or fitness for a particular publishing workflow. Features, supported formats and export behavior may change as the tool improves.
Platform references
References to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn or other platforms describe common publishing formats and use cases. Photo Grid Maker is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by those platforms or their owners. Platform specifications can change, so review the destination platform before publishing important work.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Photo Grid Maker will not be liable for lost files, lost profits, publishing errors or indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use the service.
Changes
These terms may be revised when the service changes. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
