How to print at exact 100% scale:

Paper: Use standard 4 × 6 inch (10 × 15 cm) photo paper.
Scaling: In your print dialog, select 100% or Actual Size. Do NOT choose "Fit to page" or "Shrink to fit".
Borderless: Turn OFF borderless expansion/overscan so the printer does not crop edges.
Verify: Measure a cut photo with a physical ruler before submitting.
